Very Bad, I have selected three times in HCL , Cleared all round including HR as well and get mail from HCL for final Selection, all joining formalities they do like document submission and all and when Offer letter generate process comes, then suddenly HR gives bogus statement for not generating the offer letter

In HR round they asked all thing like salary expectations, submitted my all confidential documents and suddenly try to explain different different bogus reason for not generating the offer letter
