Interview at HCLTech went really well. Asked HR questions and few basic coding questions. Also asked about working in team and projects and situational questions. Screening test had aptitude, coding questions.

Online interview consisted of videos you'd upload answering generic personality questions (Name one time you..) and the question part consisted of math questions at a low level. Meeting with HCL representative had a few more personality questions and mainly discussed the position.

Name one time you had failed to turn in an assignment/project. What did you do?
Process was smooth. Everything is well organised and interviewer is also a good person, interviewer asked few questions regarding Education, degree and hobbies. First is a GD round and then one to one.
