it was an online process. The interviewer was very cool and she made sure i was comfortable during the process. She asked about me and how did i start my day. As i was in my final trimester of PGDM so she asked about the different courses i was studying and which course i liked the most and why .

The overall interview process involved significant delays in communication and response times, which made the experience quite frustrating. The interviewer was based in Germany, and after the interview was completed, there was no follow-up or timely update regarding the outcome. Despite waiting for a reasonable period and sending reminders, I did not receive any clarity on my status. It was only after I escalated the matter that I finally received a response, which turned out to be negative. The delayed feedback and lack of proactive communication reflected poorly on the coordination and candidate experience.

It was pretty average,decent question about java and sql ,and some programming and my interview gone very well but they ghosted me for 2 months and after 2 month they again taken my last round of interview and which I got selected and but that tym I already join some other company so I rejected the offer
The assessment includes an extensive Group Discussion (GD) to evaluate communication, critical thinking, and teamwork, followed by a one-hour interview to assess domain knowledge, problem-solving skills, and suitability for the role or program.
