HCLTech Program Manager interview questions

I was approached by their internal recruiter on LinkedIn, had first phone call with HR, second interview with a direct manager online and third with department head onsite. I was supposed to get an update in a few days but I was ghosted after the 3rd round and their HR which approached me would not return my messages or phone calls. I was approached by their recruiters twice after that for silimar positions in different teams but I declined due to the very unprofessional behavior.
