HCS interview questions

Applied online, called within a few days to schedule testing and interview. Apparently they hire all devs at entry level. So the interview began with a 1 hr long skills test which involved pattern recognition, logic and problem solving questions. The questions are easy but time is short. The actual interview afterwards was relatively short, they said I scored a "B" on the test, and I got the hint that that wasn't good enough.

The interview started with a skills test consisting of three separate parts evaluating logic and problem solving abilities. Then I met with the HR manager and two other management employees for the rest of the interviewing process. They asked me a number of questions, explained the position details to me, and answered any questions I had.
