first round: phone interview
second round: 2-3 hour in person interview with multiple groups. one lead scientist and other group members. Interview with at least 2-3 groups, 30 min each. Then 1 on 1 interview with director or associate director of department 30 min.
First interview, the director forgot about the appointment so I had to reschedule one. The second one was with the director of the team as well as a senior scientist who asked some basic questions.

attended the phone interview with the HR recruiter. From the very start of the conversation this lady was rude and unprofessional. Every candidate has certain requirements when looking for a new job and this was a “demand” according to her. The HR need to work on their communication and interaction with candidates.
