first phase was based on introduction and basic knowledge.
second phase was moderate level where they ask banking related questions and third phase was elimentry where they ask problem based question.

Very Lucid and Questions can be asked based on your daily life experience rather than practical one's that are asked in interviews. Come in formals and be well groomed and start of with a greet and bang on that's your impression

Pretty straight forward work. have to good at handling difficult situation with customers and cash handling. Being average at maths is okay. Training regarding cash handling is done at branch only not online. You do have to manage cross selling as well.
