I had got the interview through employee referral. They usually hire interns only via campus placement cel. The interview re process was pretty Lengthy it was coveted with 3 rounds, 2 HR rounds and 1 excel test.

Interview
The hiring process was fairly simple. I applied through college. There were 4 stages which were:
1) Resume shortlisting
2)Online aptitude test
3)Group Discussion
4)Personal interview
The questions asked in the interview were quite general I was asked to walk through my resume. I was asked about my hobbies, short term goals, long term goals, What motivates me? etc, The aptitude test was easy as well.
