I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HED (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2018
Interview
There was a hiccup in receiving my initial email from HED of wanting to set up an interview, but they were kind enough to call to confirm I had not received notification. Within a week, I meet with two (who would later become my) direct supervisors and was notified a day later of wanting a second interview in the next week. The second inteview started with two office managers, then followed up with two (now) peers. Within about a week, I recieved a call that they would like to offer me a position!

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HED (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
Informal, conversational interview with two HED Designers. Portfolio and resume review were conversational as well and allowed for discussion about projects and experience. Lasted about an hour, followed by an office tour. Cool office. Nice people.
