Portfolio submission follows up by email and set up an in person interview- right pre covid. Ended up getting an offer during that in person interview which was followed up by email offer with contract

What makes you stand out as a candidate/ walk us through a project with your design mentality
One interview given by a future supervisor and a colleague, asked some questions about portfolio and software skills. Introduced one or two projects in your portfolio and told them why you chose. Also had some left time to ask them related questions.
