The interview was not like a typical interview. With no technical questions asked, they judge technical skills of the candidate. Interviewer just was keen to know the daily activities I perform which varies week by week when you are put into a vibrant project. They had no clarity on what tool and technology they are hiring for. That is still acceptable. Came across Strange recruiter who cannot withstand a connectivity issue report. By all means it is possible that we fail to connect to the interview links. If we report it proactively it should be taken in high spirit. However, there was some one who gave the update on a call with a worried voice to report the rejection 😇. All in all one powerful guy does the interview and decides on his gut feeling as there was no team involved and no technical questions were put.
