Interview
Interviews were friendly and professional, primarily one on one but there was one panel. The downside was the number of interviews; I had 5 on 5 different days. The majority were 30 minute video sessions, but there was one onsite which included a tour of the facility and a few quick chats with various employees.

Question 1
Most of the questions were situational "describe a time when..." which can be answered with the STAR method. Situation, Task, Action, Result. There was one question about handling a specific technical accounting matter.
