Got a call from consultancy and they shared company website through email and asked me to Share my resume and portfolio. Then they scheduled the interview with lead designer. It was a very bad experience. I have more than 5+ exp, I have worked with few MNC's and I never experienced anything like that, they ask questions and when we try to answer them, they smile sarcastically. Try to show that we don't know anything, even if we are wrong they don't have to treat us that way. They can reject us instead of humiliating people. I believe from every interview you learn something or at least you came to know what you have to learn. I also learned from this experience, never visit any company without knowing their background, at least you can check Glassdoor for genuine reviews. Doesn't recommend anyone, office building is nice but floor is small and very far at least for me, no cubical or partition means no privacy. All the best
