They ask you two questions and that’s it. They hire anyone. As long as they get more people in to work they don’t care who they hire and then managers have to try to train them

Quick phone interview to screen applicants and was given an address for an on-site interview. Received an acceptance in a couple days and was signed up for training for three weeks. Easy and quick process.
