This is my second experience interviewing with HITT for this role. Both times i had a call screening with HR and that led to an interview with an executive. My first interview lasted all of 5 minutes. The executive had obviously not looked at my resume and told me that I did not have the experience requisite for the role and he was sorry for wasting my time. My second interview experience was with 2 project executives. It was fine, the gentlemen were courteous and asked very detailed and engaging questions. It was obvious they were looking for someone to help bring more work into their teams and it wasnt an immediate need.

Interview process was pretty standard - almost too standard. They don't look at the person so much as wait for buzz words. Prepare with a checklist style layout of how you would describe your skills in two to three words each.
