1st 15 mins chat
2nd 40 mins deeper conversation with a manager
3rd 5 hr interview with case study. Met with director, manager and partner.
Most conversations where behavioral and case study is all technical.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HKA (Sydney) in Sep 2025
Interview
Process took about one month ; application, requirement video call, interview. Interview included a 10 minute presentation with PowerPoint deck.
Interview was with the hiring manager and a partner it was very conversational. They made me feel very comfortable.My only critique is that they didn’t include the physical requirements of the job within the job ad and so I wasted a lot of time.
