initially 3 online tests, you had to pass to get to the next one. at the end it tells you your score and how well you did versus other candidates. then a video recorded interview. someone had recorded 2 questions. they give you 2 minutes to think of your answer and then 5 minutes to record your answer. about what you would do in a scenario, not what you have done in the past. last was an 'in-tray assessment'. you get an email as if from a client asking questions about their tax, and some information about how tax is calculated. you then have to do the maths and write a professional response to the customer explaining your calculation

the interview went smooth and easy. you just need to master courage to answer the questions been asked. at a point i got a bit shaky but later mastered courage and delivered
