It was smooth, a recorded interview process. a verification check at the beginning to get started, three questions but the first question is not graded, more like a practice question to get you familiar and settled.

initially 3 online tests, you had to pass to get to the next one. at the end it tells you your score and how well you did versus other candidates.
then a video recorded interview. someone had recorded 2 questions. they give you 2 minutes to think of your answer and then 5 minutes to record your answer. about what you would do in a scenario, not what you have done in the past.
last was an 'in-tray assessment'. you get an email as if from a client asking questions about their tax, and some information about how tax is calculated. you then have to do the maths and write a professional response to the customer explaining your calculation

Video interview online, questions on the screen, timer showing how long to answer. Warm up question at the start about what you enjoy in life. Interview process was relatively simple.

the interview went smooth and easy. you just need to master courage to answer the questions been asked. at a point i got a bit shaky but later mastered courage and delivered
