I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HM Revenue and Customs (Cardiff, Wales) in Sep 2016
Interview
Interview lasted 20 minutes and asked basic questions about what you would do if you were in a certain situation in a work environment, then followed by asking for an example of when you have displayed this competency.
I interviewed at HM Revenue and Customs (Stratford, London, England)
Interview

I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at HM Revenue and Customs (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Online interview via Teams. Two interviewers from recruitment. 3 Behaviour questions & 4 Strengths questions. One unmarked practice question which I gave a really good answer to- a shame I wasn't given the chance to give that answer to a question that was marked. Don't ask any job specific questions at the end as the interviewers are from recruitment and so can't answer questions about on the job training, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- What would you do if you noticed bullying in the office?
- What hobbies do you have? (the unmarked practice question)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HM Revenue and Customs (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
The whole process took a very long time but it was worth it at the end. Interviews were conducted through video recordings of candidates and then assessed. Waited a month just to hear back.
