Interview
All interviews were by phone or Skype due to distance. The first was with somewhat informal with the CEO and covered my background in relation to the work at HNU. A follow-up was conducted by Skype with the CEO and President and was similar to the first in format. Both were extremely nice and personable.

None of the questions were too difficult or unexpected. The personalities of the CEO and President made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
