The interview consisted of 2 in-person interviews. During the first stage, I was interviewed by 2 senior software managers. This consisted of several technical questions as well as 2 whiteboard coding exercises. Although these were quite challenging, the interviewers were very friendly and reassuring. The final stage was a one-to-one interview with the managing director, which was largely HR oriented although slightly technical. I received the offer on the same day and I was offered exactly what I was asking for, which I was extremely happy to accept.
