overall at the start, flowed very much like a friendly conversation with an acquaintance, but as questions progressed got more formal i guess ?

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HOYTS (Wetherill Park) in Jan 2023
Interview
it was said to be group interview but was actually 1 on 1. they asked roughly 2 pages of questions they had a sheet. it was stuff like whats your favourite movie, whats your fave movie character and why or how does it resonate with you. things like that. they called back in 2 days saying i got the job. worked with them for almost a year, honestly really close knit family company and amazing perks like basically free movies for life and popcorn, like me and my family went almost everyday just coz they were almost free. really recommend
