Casual, not at all formal. They kept us waiting for a couple of minutes. Then we were called inside the office where one of the employees gave a program to write on paper.

There was a aptitude test as round 1 after clearing that round, there was a coding test as round 2 and finally a personal interview round. Every round was an eliminatory round.
