I interviewed with HRanker, and the overall process was poorly planned and excessively prolonged. Although HR initially stated the process would be completed in one day, it extended to 10–12 days and required three visits to the Gurugram office, which was challenging as a working professional. I successfully cleared all rounds, including coding, DSA, Flutter tasks completed on-site, and interviews. However, the CEO round was unprofessional—I was made to wait nearly two hours despite arriving on time, and the communication felt discourteous. I was also asked to visit the office again to complete an additional task in a single day, despite having already completed a task during a previous visit, which felt unnecessary. The final offer included only a minimal increment, which did not justify the time and effort invested, so I declined. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and respect for candidates’ time and value.
