The initial round was a written test comprising of behavioral questions. Second round was telephonic interview, third round was a face to face technical interview and the last was HR discussion.

Competitive and time consuming. Offer rollout was slower than other peer organisations. However, one of the better paying jobs in Kolkata for a fresh graduate. 4 rounds in total - aptitude, Group Discussion, 2 personal interviews
