The initial shortlist for attending the process is resume based and cgpa based shortlist.There was no group discussion.The interview questions are completely technical.Most of the questions are from refrigeration and air conditioning.Also,they asked some questions from thermodynamics and internal combustion engines.Some questions are also related to the final year project and summer intern.The overall inteview experience is good and hassle free.
