Interview
I only made it through 2 rounds before being rejected. Basically first round is just a recruiter screen on zoom. The allotted time was 30 minutes but it really only took me 10 minutes. No need to prepare, as they just want to get to know you. They didnt ask any STAR questions or anything about your current role, just a little bit about you, what the role entail and Q&A. Second round was with the hiring manager. Right off the bat she was 5-10 minutes late to the interview. She didnt even seem like she wanted to be there and legit just read off a list of interview questions while acting pissed off. By the end of the interview I didnt even care if I moved on to the next round or not just by how unprofessional the hiring manager was. The questions that she asked was typical sales questions, nothing too difficult. Probably my worst interview experience in terms of professionalism.

Interview
The initial rounds with HR and the Hiring Manager were professional and culture-focused. They clearly value candidate alignment. However, the final stage with senior leadership was a rigorous, 10+ year chronological deep dive into my entire work history. Prospective candidates should be prepared to defend specific transitions and metrics from early in their career. Coordination at the executive level could be improved regarding punctuality.
