Interview
There was a 30 minute interview with a recruiter and then a longer interview with a hiring manager. They asked me to redo my resume so it was in their format and the recruiter called back to confirm some info with me, like dates I was in certain past positions and stuff like that. They told me they were going to move forward with me and then later on came back saying the offer was paused due to something going on with the project I would be working on. They said it had nothing to do with whether they wanted to onboard me and that they would reach back out once they were ready. That was months ago at this point and I haven’t heard anything from them.

Both interviews were pretty easy, we basically went through my resume and they asked how I had handled different scenarios throughout my career.
Had four interviews with different upper level management and salary was never mentioned. After wasting 4 hours of time they ghosted after the 4th interview. Quite an arduous process and company is very disorganized it seems and has too much work

Interview
Excellent discussion with all levels of hiring process. All discussions were engaging and though I am left with some level of what the next step is I am excited to possible become part of the team.
