Not only that they have an extra long 3-pager job spec to explain in detailed individual tasks and expectations from a candidate, they also request applicants to work overnight shifts and for female employees to leave office late in the evening. I have kindly declined in the first interview that I do not feel comfortable leaving office at 11pm as a woman and that I am a early person so shift work doesn't work for me, but somehow they called me for final interview only to say that the shift works are non-negotiate term. I had wasted quite some time on this process as they were unorganised as a company, the communications was not being passed on between members and it does not show professionalism to applicants/
