The MD interviewed me in great detail. However, I was made to feel very relaxed. I was asked to provide examples of achievements and what I liked most about Recruitment. In addition I was asked what I didnt like about Recruitment. I was given a great overview of the company and its 5 years plans.

Interview

The Interview process was a telephone interview to begin with, then a face to face, then a presentation. The Operations Director and the General Manager held the interview and a mix of general along with competency based questions were asked. I was made to feel relaxed.

Telephone interview initially with HR Manager then 1st face to face interview with HR and Ops Director. 2nd interview panel with MD, HR and Ops Director. Presentation to board and Q&A Session.
