They seemed like a good organization doing meaningful work, and my interview experience started off positively. After the in-person interview, I received several follow-ups where they told me I was still being considered and that updates were coming soon. After that, communication abruptly stopped, and I never heard back. For an organization whose goal is to connect employers and employees, it was disappointing to see them not extend respect to their own candidates.
