I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Handshake (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
I applied for a remote position so there was a Q+A test that needed to be submitted with the application. The next stage was a video interview 1:1 with a manager. The next stage was a group interview with multiple managers and Support Team staff. They reviewed some of the test questions/answers. After the first round of video interviews, there was a final interview to check in and review the roles/expectations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your workflow when troubleshooting an issue that you haven't come across before.
It was a typical interview, but the woman who interview was rude and when asked why she likes to work for the company she gave a generic answer. I did not get the job offer and was kinda glad due to the woman not seeming very nice to work with.
They start you off with a brief test that is honestly pretty easy. The questions are pretty standard interview questions. Fair warning, they will not move you forward if you do not do well on the test. However, you can think of the interview as perhaps more of a phone screening.

Interview
A take home assessment, an initial phone screening, and then a Zoom video interview with team leads that lasted an hour. Pretty casual experience. Everyone was very polite and informative.
