I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Handshake (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
I had 3 interviews over 2 weeks, and it was pretty quick. HR and the peer interview went super well and the people seemed nice. When I got to the interview with the woman who would be my manager, the whole tone changed. She was curt, rude, and condescending, and fired "gotcha" style questions. She interviewed me as if I was an employee on a Performance Plan, like I should already know how she prefers things and was not delivering. I was so shocked. It was incredibly unprofessional, and to be honest, I got the impression she was enjoying it!

Interview
Ghosted. I had a first screening call with the recruiter who let me know that I would be moving forward in the process and they went dark after that. Overall, a very disjointed process
