I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Handshake (London, England)
Interview
The interview process is quite typical. It starts with the recruiter, then a couple of meetings with the team manager and team member. This is followed by a given task (case study). During the case study they will expect you to know the product quite well, which is surprising given that you don't work at the company yyet.

Interview
SO MANY INTERVIEWS. Given that the job market is *terrible,* I am not surprised that companies are making candidates jump through hoops and Handshake is no exception. Every time I thought I was done, there was another interview, another presentation, another panel. In a better market, I cannot imagine asking so much of candidates. It was really disheartening and made me less and less interested in the role as the goalpost kept moving.

Interview
Very thoughtful and organized interview process from start to finish! The process took about 3 weeks total: 1 phone screening with HR, 1 phone interview with my manager, and 3 in person interviews with Uni Success leadership (this included a robust case study presentation). The entire process made me reflect on my past experience and really think about what I could bring to the table as a new team member.
