I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Handzap (Bengaluru) in Dec 2018
Interview
It was a good interview with a problem to solve based on one of their screens. They gave a offer then took it back for no reason after a day and didn't bother to pick calls or respond. Worst management and have no idea to understand people and what the other person is saying
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Handzap (Bengaluru) in Jan 2020
Interview
First phone-in interview, assignment, F2F.
Seems like the hr was on drug or something, she took almost 2 months to call me back after giving all the interviews. I had moved on by that time anyway.

Interview
Overall interview process is completely negative. No companies, will go for four technical rounds and that is too this is a startup. Trust me in a month I have an interview at Google, which has one round of technical interview and one round of face to face interview, for which I got the mail too.
This four rounds of technical interview shows that no one is sure of what should be the selection process for a good candidate, and everyone needs the upper hand in choosing one.
After passing all the 3 rounds, there comes this condescending guy in the fourth round, who keeps on laughing at the answers, which I gave my full attention in explaining it to him. This really annoyed me, and I told 'I am done with the interview, thanks for interviewing me and please don't laugh at next candidate's answers'.
Some one has spent a huge amount of time literally for four rounds of interview, try to respect them and do not laugh at them, even though you are a genius. Its different to give negative reviews and criticising than giving a condescending laugh.
