I applied for this position through LinkedIn. The team has initially connected to me by a phone call where the recruiter discussed about my background skills and experience. I was scheduled for the 1st round of virtual interview (Team's interview) in the next hour on the same day. Panel consisted Founder and Principal of company and a Senior Project Management Lead, we discussed about my previous work experience followed by few technical questions. They presented a mock up on their screen and asked me to define each and every functional and non-functional requirement that I would let the development team know as a business analyst. I was told my profile would be considered for the next round with the Client, but that did not happen. Overall the discussion was very engaging, cool and informative.
