Pretty straightforward video interview since I wasn’t local yet. Met with the head of maintenance, and HR. Really nice people, very laid back interview. They were extremely impressed with my resume and experience…it was more them trying to sell me on the company than a traditional interview if I’m being honest. Asked a bit about my experience…and that was about it. Offered on the spot.
