Phone and In-Person interviews. Let me first start off by saying that this is an amazing company that is truly at the forefront of innovation in financial services.
Having said that, I definitely echo the sentiments of many others who have posted here - LC takes a lot of your time for interviews and they do not have the common courtesy to call to notify you if you do not receive the job. Incredibly unprofessional recruiters and employees who are lacking common etiquette, which is very surprising from a group of ex-top tier consultants and a relatively large, mature company. Sometimes you just don't connect with the people you interview but that shouldn't excuse you from notifying them of your decision in a timely manner.
Interviews themselves were typical (e.g. consulting cases). How would you think about entering a new market, etc.? There was also behavioral element typical of McKinsey interviews (e.g. lots of follow-up questions about details), which shouldn't come as a surprise.
