They approached me on LinkedIn, and I submitted my CV. I didn't get to interview with a human, but I got an invitation to the assessment centre with a personality test, and I had to record a video explaining why I was good for the role. I went out of my way to complete this quickly, as they had asked. I then didn't hear back for weeks and weeks and kept getting emails from LinkedIn asking me to apply for the role. I contacted them and was told the job was now on hold. A week later, I received an automated message from the online test centre saying I wasn't successful at this time. Overall, I feel like they wasted my time.
