I received my offer through campus recruitment, where the selection process was both unique and engaging. In our college, the drive was conducted in two modes: a 24-hour hackathon and the regular recruitment process. I was shortlisted for the hackathon.
Throughout the hackathon, we received excellent mentorship and guidance from the company’s CTO. His inputs helped us refine our ideas and improve our implementation. The event was not only competitive but also a great learning experience, and we were honored to win the hackathon.
Following that, I was directly shortlisted for a face-to-face interview. The interaction with the team was smooth and welcoming, making the process comfortable. Later, I had an online discussion with the company’s CEO.
Overall, the interview process was structured, transparent, and candidate-friendly. I would say that if you have strong technical knowledge, meaningful internship experience, and a mindset to take ownership of responsibilities, the interview will be a positive and straightforward experience.
