Pretty good questions, baseline of your personality and understanding of your work ethic as well as your future at the hospital as a whole to gauge your longevity there and what you would do in social situations.

Straightforward. The interview asked a few questions which were fairly simple to answer. Supervisor was friendly on the phone. Not a lot of information was offered during the interview, however. Interview was quick and only lasted about 5-10 minutes on the phone.
