      Project Manager Interview

      Nov 27, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Tampa, FL
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Harper Limbach (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2020

      Interview

Initial in person interview, then passed from department to department on one phone interview to another. Was told by last interviewer, " Why would I hire you if you can take my job?" Very poor and insecure business mentality. I actually feel like I came very close to making a huge mistake. I would suggest Harper re-evaluate their interview procedure. They missed out on a great opportunity but I understand I wasn't the first time.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How much can you bring in? How much do you want? TO be clear I was made an offer but was declined after I inquired where the offer was. Was replied to with an unprofessional email.
