Interview
I applied Online in their website. After 1 week recruiter called me and had experienced interview. After phone interview, recruiter will tell you if you're qualified and will book your personal interview. Interviewed in ER with ED manager. Interview lasted 30minutes. I had my interview 10am, then I received a job offer thru email the same day at 3pm. Once you accept the offer, they will ask you to come in HR for drug calculation exam (you need to pass at least 80%) if you pass the exam then you got the JOB.

What is the most challenging task you experienced so far and how you managed it?
Tell me what you know about ACLS (if you are already certified) then start asking about STROKE. like what are kinds of stroke (classification, treatments, diagnostics)etc. If you had ACLS then its not a problem.
What advancement/projects/initiative ideas you contributed to your previous company?
