Nurse recruiter was professional, pleasant, accessable and answered all questions in a timely manner. Interview was done quickly after initial contact and offer made shortly after that. The whole process went very well. There was a phone interview with the recruiter first, then a phone interview with the manager. After that a 1:1 interview with the manager, then a panel interview.

Interview was a behavioral interview style, so there were many questions asked which required alot of past experiences and examples of situations.

The process was very relaxing, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was asked both clinical and personality questions such as what would you do if you and another coworker disagreed with a certain process. I was hired on the spot.
