The initial phone screen was positive, but the interview with Vincent was terrible.
He was condescending and I got a bad feeling about him right away. He even asked when I graduated college, which I don’t think is technically something a potential employer is allowed to ask because it’s a way to determine age.
The potential salary figure he gave was also extremely low.
Because I had such a bad feeling about him, I came and read the reviews for the company, and my suspicions were confirmed. I turned it down because I value my mental health and am worth more than the number he gave.

Interview
The interview process was fairly short. Emailed my resume to CEO and was connected with management staff soon after. Management staff was late to the call both times we scheduled a call.
I personally had five different interviews. Two were with a former employee, two were with the CEO (whom rescheduled each twice because he forgot), and one with a VP. There is now a better process in place. However, the CEO will demand rushed interviews to replace staff that out the door every other week.
