Unorganized and all over the place. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by five other interviews with different people on the team. One of the longest interview "processes" I've ever encountered. There was not real interview structure. I was eventually asked to do a presentation of relevant work and the CEO was looking down, typing and not paying attention the entire time. I received another job offer before we had a six booked interview, but would have never accepted a job here if something was offered due to the chaotic nature of this process.
