Een open gesprek waarin de brede expertise van RHDHV en de projecten werd toegelicht. De units zijn vrij groot, dus er wordt een lijst gemaakt met mensen die je kunt ontmoeten. Uiteindelijk past een kleiner bedrijf beter bij mij.

I didn't actually get interviewed... I applied for a job in the Birmingham office and they sent me an interview for 9am in Manchester centre! I queried this with them and instead of taking the hint, they asked if I just wanted the time moving to 5pm!
This was a major red flag. This gave me an insight into how much they must value their employees time and work/ life balance. I explained that Manchester was nearly 3 hours drive for me, which us excessive for an interview.
