I applied online and the process took 1 day only. So whoever will apply will get a call from then. They take group interviews. 3-4 people in each group. You have to do mock class, explaining situation task. I do not think so they had any intention of hiring anyone because they took so many interviews,hardly they hire one.

Group interview with demonstration class. They go through person by person with specific question. Introduce yourself and thing relevant. Moreover, they will give you and lesson and you need to try to teach them back by the way you think, in critique thinking. In the end of interview, they asked you for your references.
