Online interview; easy enough as long as you vibe with the company’s style. I must enter thirty words. This still isn’t enough. Hanzo is a great company as long as you’re someone who can go out and get after it every day.
Phone interview for screening process and zoom interview for final decision. Light and casual. Spent time determining if this was a good fit on both sides. Creative fun environment. Straightforward communication. Many tiers of commission.
