Hawaii DOT interview questions

Standard Interview Process, must demonstrate knowledge of general engineering processes and be open to learning. Interview board consisted of 3 interviewees. Be prepared with the standard interview questions beforehand and you should be fine.

It was brief and scripted and felt structured. It was a group interview. They were polite and friendly and we started promptly. They contacted me that day with an offer. I asked for a few weeks to decide. I accepted the job a month later. It has been a good experience.
