The interview process was two stages both online via video call with a general chat and then a virtual assessment centre with a few people on each call to ask questions

Pretty straightforward, 2 interviews and then one case at their office, case was simple investor relations tasks (excel for fund performance & presentation of a fund). It is necessary to be very self aware about how LPs & GPs work as well as fund performance metrics.

Interview
1st round was commercial awareness including recent deals and relevant news. Also focus on technicals, specific to secondaries PE, and linking those back to any recent deals. Other usual motivational questions like why firm, why PE, tell me about yourself, walk me through an LBO etc
